The Topic: Composer 2 is installed globally on the server. We have Drupal 8 sites running on the server that have plugins and Drupal-composer plugins compatible with Composer 1. We need to resolve these Composer issues in order for Composer commands to be run. Furthermore, we also need to Upgrade the Drupal 8 sites to Drupal 9.
